Joseph T. Sefcik, Jr., founder and president of Employment Technologies Corporation, pioneered EASy Simulations® and introduced the use of simulation for employment testing. As a result of his vision and focus, this created an entirely new category and class of employment testing in the industry. For more than 30 years, he and his company have developed and implemented thousands of simulations worldwide.

A focus of Mr. Sefcik’s recent work has been the introduction of virtual interview technology to the candidate screening process.
