Deepak Lal is a senior contact center professional who has been engaged in both the set-up of call centers and business development for call centers. He has worked in a wide variety of industries, with a special focus on telecom, banking (mortgages) and in the area of technical helpdesks. Deepak has managed site locations as an independent profit center head and as key relationship manager, managing client expectations as well as delivering on the customer service experience.
