Jim Jenkins is president, CEO and co-founder of IQ Services. Jim has over 12 years of experience working with customers to test communication and contact center solutions. His prior experience includes a 23-year career with Honeywell in executive operations and marketing positions. Jim’s project management expertise and customer service experiences give him a unique perspective on planning and testing related to the development, deployment and support of communication solutions.
