Joe McGrogan is director of marketing for Business to Business Solutions at Plantronics. McGrogan is a 20-year veteran of Plantronics with extensive experience in marketing and contact center management. His responsibilities have always focused on the initiatives and needs of contact centers. Ultimately, Plantronics wants to help contact centers run their operations using fewer headsets and can help them do so through benchmarking and improving the processes that are currently in place.
