Lyn Kramer

Lyn Kramer is managing director at Kramer & Associates, an international call/contact center consulting firm, and is responsible for the process improvement practice worldwide. She specializes in strategic planning, design and implementation of consolidation and Internet customer care projects for call centers and customer service operations. Lyn has an extensive background in call center strategic assessment and operational improvement design, with expertise in process redesign and call center technology applications, including IVR menu design and Web-enabled technologies.
