Renée Kuwahara, Senior Vice President of Operations for Convergys Corp. , is responsible for leading the initiatives to centralize and standardize targeted Customer Management Group operational areas. Serving previously as President of Traditional Communication Services for CMG, she was responsible for managing all aspects of AT&T’s core business, including client business objectives, program profitability, facility management, sales support and client development. Before joining Convergys, Renée was a contact center director for Fidelity Investments and in data processing and customer outsourcing units at Electronic Data Systems. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
