Ryan Pellet is vice president of Global Service Management for Convergys Corporation. He is responsible for the management of Convergys’ portfolio of standardized professional and consulting service offerings. Pellet has served as vice president of Business Intelligence as well as vice president of Professional Services for Convergys, where, building on 10 years of executive experience in successfully formulating customer-centric strategies for Fortune 500 companies, Pellet led the Customer Care group’s global professional services practice.
