Presence Technology to Feature the new version of its solution at Digium/Asterisk World

By: Contact Professional TeamPresence Technology, a global software provider of a modular all-in-one Contact Centre Solution Suite, announced it will have the latest version of its suite of products on display in the Digium/Asterisk World pavilion at TMC’s ITEXPO East, January 20-22, 2010 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida.
ITEXPO is the world’s largest and best-attended IP Communications trade show. At the 2009 event last February, the show drew over 8,000 buyers and sellers of IP Communications products and services. The Digium/Asterisk World section showcases solutions for Asterisk-based open source telephony implementations.
In this occasion, Presence Technology will be located in booth D-20 in the Digium Asterisk World pavilion and will present the version 8 of its Solution Suite. This new version has major enhancements, including a brand new unified administration engine for its Suite, several new out of the box reports, and full compliance with Data Protection laws. The new Unified Administration developed by Presence adds extra functionality to Presence OpenGate, creating a more user-friendly environment, and minimizing time-to-production for campaigns as well as training times for managers.
