Verena  Wissel

Verena Wissel joined ASC Germany in the beginning of 2011 as a Product Manager, responsible for ASC’s quality management software, INSPIRATIONpro, as well as its speech analytics software solutions to identify and analyze customer needs even more thoroughly. 

Prior to joining ASC, she worked as a research associate in a public scientific institute, where she was responsible for testing and implementation of statistic and linguistic methods for automated document indexing. Before that project, she and a colleague explored customers’ searching behavior in advanced databases, with the results of interest to several international information science conferences. 

Ms. Wissel holds a Masters degree in information science and engineering, with a focus on media management, at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany. As an information architect, she has a thorough understanding of different forms of information and knowledge; of methods to acquire, save and process that knowledge; and ways to transfer it effectively to the customer. Planning, designing and implementation of information systems and services were focal points of her studies.
