Peter Fernando

Peter Fernando joined ASC UK in 2009 as its Marketing Manager, responsible for coordinating direct marketing activities and implementing a lead-generation program to further develop brand awareness.
Prior to joining ASC, he worked at Business Systems UK for three years as its Internal Sales Manager, managing a team of sales executives, responsible for key account management and selling recording solutions from ASC and other vendors to SME end-users through the telesales channel.
With more than 15 years of contact center operations management experience, Mr. Fernando has a thorough understanding of the commercial challenges facing today’s contact center and the crucial role technology plays in supporting these needs. He has specialized in telesales, telemarketing, e-mail marketing, client relationship management and lead generation programs, developing creative campaigns to bolster sales opportunities.
Mr. Fernando served previously at Bulldog Broadband, Assa Abloy, PageOne Communications, Dixons Stores Group, Santander and Nationwide.
He holds a Higher National Certificate in Business and Finance and is currently studying for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Professional Certificate in Marketing.
