Peter Bloom

Peter Bloom joined Aegis as President of Global Quality and Customer Experience in April 2011. He is responsible for all quality initiatives worldwide, and drives the uniform quality strategy across all 50+ Aegis locations. Prior to joining Aegis, Bloom was President and co-founder of Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC), the world's leading authority on operations management and performance improvement for customer contact center and business process outsourcing services. He has conducted more than 350 operational analyses of contact centers across 25 countries. Previously, Bloom was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting and the COO of several manufacturing companies. He has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
