Advanced Call Center Technologies adding 150 new jobs in Harlingen, TX

Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC is announcing an expansion of operations in Harlingen, TX that will bring over 150 new jobs to the region.  A new client project with a national consumer finance and mortgage servicing company will require 150 new customer service associates and an additional 5 supervisors and support staff.

Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) has had operations in Harlingen for over 10 years.  With over 1000 employees ACT is one of the largest private employers in Harlingen.

The positions being added in Harlingen are full-time day and evening positions paying $7.25 per hour plus incentives and bonuses.  Customer service associates receive paid training and are eligible for the company’s comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, stable work history, and computer and keyboarding skills.

ACT’s solid growth and continuous expansion provides many promotion and advancement opportunities.  Over 80% of their supervisors and managers have been hired internally and some of their site leadership staff have even started out as customer service associates.
