C3/CustomerContactChannels ("C3"), a global provider of business process outsourcing services, announced today the official grand opening of its contact center in Twin Falls, ID. Since announcing its plans to open the center back in June, the Company has hired nearly 900 people in Twin Falls with plans to hire approximately 75 more people before the end of the year.
"From our initial contact with the Twin Falls Urban Renewal Agency (TFURA), we knew that this was the perfect location for us to set up our next operation and the results thus far have been phenomenal," said David Epstein, Chairman and Co-CEO of C3. "The team that we have assembled in Twin Falls is second to none. We are very thankful to the entire community and its business leaders for the welcome and support we have received, and for helping us complete this launch process flawlessly."
Located at 851 Pole Line Road in Twin Falls, the new center is approximately 48,000 square feet in size. The majority of the jobs are customer service representatives, licensed insurance agents, and management positions for the center. In addition to the TFURA, The College of Southern Idaho, the Department of Labor, the Department of Commerce and the Department of Insurance all played key roles leading up the Company's rapid success in Twin Falls.
"David and his team at C3 have shown great confidence in all of us here in Idaho, and we have great respect for what C3 brings to our state and the Twin Falls community," Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter said. "We share a commitment to fiscal responsibility and civic virtue, and that makes for a tremendous partnership. We look forward to a long and productive relationship with C3, and welcome this company's arrival as a strong endorsement of the quality of our people, our policies, and our path forward to renewed prosperity."
"We are thrilled that we could be a part of the successful public/private partnership. C3 and the TFURA have clearly demonstrated that with strong public programs in place that encourage private enterprise to relocate or expand, companies are willing to make the investment. We are proud to welcome our newest business to the Twin Falls family," said Gary Garnand, Board Chair for the TFURA.
